Antique Spoke Pointer/Shaver
This is a type of woodworking tool used by wheelwrights and chair makers. It is used to create a tapered, centered point on the end of a wooden spoke or chair rung.

These tools were commonly used with a brace.
This is well used. There is rust on it but the price reflects that.
