Possible Boyd Art Glass Hat, Hat Pin Holder Uranium Glass?

Description

This great Uranium Glass Hat is odd. It seems to have a swirl type pattern in it that glows great in some places and not in others. It stands 2.5 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide at the widest point. It also features flower type patterns around it.

While I know that this piece  glows in areas under the blacklight, it is difficult to photograph. Please review the photos closely.
