1942 Herbert Dubler Hummel Boots the Little Cobbler

Description

  Created in 1942 by Dubler, this figurine is known as either “Boots” or the “Little Cobbler”. There is a partial label on the bottom but it is too small to know what it said.   The words Herbert Dubler 1941(?) are on the edge of the base.  There is B Hummel on the top of the base behind his feel.

This does have some chips in the paint so I took plenty of pictures so you have an accurate idea.
